ประทับเวลา Excel: 04/10/2022 07:49:10 วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาหลักการและกระบวนการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมภายในอาคารประเภทโรงแรม รีสอร์ต ศึกษาพฤติกรรรมและความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยวกลุ่มคู่แต่งงานฮันนีมูน รวมไปถึง การปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบพื้นที่ใช้สอยของโครงการให้สอดคล้องกับวิถี New normal และเสนอแนะแนวทางการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมภายในดอนแก้ว รีสอร์ต แอนด์ สปา เชียงใหม่ โดยมีประเด็นการค้นคว้าวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อมูลและสภาพแวดล้อมทั่วไปของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ หลักการแนวคิดและทฤษฎีการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมภายในรีสอร์ต ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสัดส่วนขนาดพื้นที่รองรับมาตรฐาน แนวความคิดคิดการออกแบบรีสอร์ตที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างยั่งยืน และแนวคิดการออกแบบงานระบบและเทคโนโลยีประกอบอาคารที่ก้าวหน้าและตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้เข้าใช้บริการในปัจจุบัน โครงการเสนอแนะออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมภายในดอนแก้ว รีสอร์ต แอนด์ สปา เชียงใหม่ ใช้แนวความคิดหลักในการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมภายในให้มีรูปแบบสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดเชิดชูวัฒนธรรม ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของชาวเชียงใหม่อันเป็นเอกลักษณ์โดดเด่นในอดีตร่วมกับการออกแบบการใช้พื้นที่อย่างเป็นสัดส่วน เป็นที่ไว้วางใจรองรับกับรูปแบบพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้บริการในอนาคตอย่างเหมาะสม รวมไปถึงแนวทางการออกแบบปรับปรุงอาคารประเภทที่พักโรงแรม รีสอร์ต และเป็นการออกแบบโดยคำนึงถึงการสร้างสุขภาวะที่ดีภายในอาคารควบคู่ไปด้วย โดยที่ตั้งโครงการตั้งอยู่ตำบลดอนแก้ว(ห้วยตึงเฒ่า) อำเภอแม่ริม เชียงใหม่ 50200 มีพื้นที่รวมประมาณ 65,000 ตารางเมตร ซึ่งมีความเหมาะสมทั้งทางด้านความเป็นส่วนตัว ความเงียบสงบ อากาศที่เย็นสบาย พร้อมกับวิวทิวทัศน์ภูเขาที่สวยงามใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อน The purpose of this thesis research is study on the principles and processes of Interior architectural design in hotel and resort, to study the behavior and needs of honeymoon tourists, to design living space in accordance with the New Normal way, and to suggest architectural design guidelines for Donkaew Resort and Spa Chiang Mai by literature Review related to information and the general environment of Chiang Mai. The project site is in Donkaew Subdistrict (Huay Tung Tao), Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai 50200, with a total area of roughly 65,000 square meters, which is ideal for solitude, tranquility, and cool weather.
