ประทับเวลา Excel: 04/02/2026 11:07:21 บทคัดย่อ ชื่อโครงการ การออกแบบเมืองเพื่อรองรับพลวัตและความมั่นคงของกลุ่มเปราะบางในย่านอ่อนนุช คำสำคัญ: เมืองแห่งการโอบรับ กลุ่มเปราะบาง ความมั่นคงทางที่อยู่อาศัย พลวัตของเมือง ความยืดหยุ่นของเมือง วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการออกแบบเมืองที่สร้างสมดุลระหว่างการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจอย่างรวดเร็วและความมั่นคงในการดำรงชีวิตของกลุ่มเปราะบางในย่านอ่อนนุช ซึ่งกำลังเผชิญสภาวะการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปสู่ความเป็นเมืองที่ทันสมัย (Gentrification) อย่างรุนแรง ส่งผลให้ประชากรดั้งเดิมและผู้มีรายได้น้อยเสี่ยงต่อการถูกขับไล่ออกจากพื้นที่เนื่องจากราคาที่ดินที่พุ่งสูงขึ้นตามแนวโครงข่ายรถไฟฟ้า กระบวนการศึกษาเริ่มต้นจากการรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงลึกผ่านการลงพื้นที่สำรวจและการวิเคราะห์มิติกายภาพ เศรษฐกิจ และสังคม โดยใช้เครื่องมือ SWOT และ TOWS Matrix เพื่อระบุศักยภาพและข้อจำกัดของพื้นที่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าย่านอ่อนนุชมีลักษณะเป็นพื้นที่ทับซ้อนทางวัฒนธรรมและสถานะทางเศรษฐกิจที่หลากหลาย จึงนำมาสู่การวางกรอบแนวคิดการออกแบบภายใต้หลักการ เมืองแห่งการโอบรับ(Inclusive City) การสร้างพื้นที่เปี่ยมสุข (Placemaking) และเมืองแห่งสุขภาวะ (Healthy City) ข้อเสนอแนะในการออกแบบมุ่งเน้น 3 ยุทธศาสตร์หลัก ได้แก่ 1) การจัดสร้างที่อยู่อาศัยราคาย่อมเยา (Affordable Housing) เพื่อรักษาความมั่นคงทางที่อยู่อาศัย 2) การออกแบบโครงข่ายพื้นที่สาธารณะและพื้นที่สีเขียวที่เชื่อมโยงกัน (Green & Blue Infrastructure) โดยใช้หลักการออกแบบเพื่อคนทั้งมวล (Universal Design) เพื่อส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงที่เท่าเทียม และ 3) การฟื้นฟูย่านพาณิชย์ท้องถิ่นเพื่อรองรับการสร้างงานและกระจายรายได้สู่ชุมชนดั้งเดิม ผลลัพธ์ของโครงการไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของกลุ่มเปราะบาง แต่ยังเป็นการสร้างความยืดหยุ่นให้กับเมือง (Urban Resilience) ให้สามารถเติบโตไปพร้อมกับความหลากหลายของมนุษย์ได้อย่างยั่งยืน Abstract Project Title Urban Design for Dynamic Resilience and Human Security of Vulnerable Groups in On Nut. Keywords: Inclusive City Vulnerable Groups Housing Security Urban Dynamics Urban Resilience. This thesis explores urban design strategies aimed at balancing rapid economic growth with the livelihood security of vulnerable populations in the On Nut district. Currently On Nut is undergoing intense gentrification, driven by the expansion of mass transit networks and skyrocketing land values which threaten to displace long-term residents and low-income groups from their established communities. The research methodology employs a comprehensive approach, combining site surveys with physical, socio-economic, and legal analyses using SWOT and TOWS Matrix tools to identify local potentials and constraints. The findings reveal that On Nut functions as a complex intersection of diverse cultural and economic identities. Consequently, the design framework is established based on the principles of the Inclusive City Placemaking and the Healthy City concept. The proposed design focuses on three core strategies: 1) Developing affordable housing to ensure residential security for vulnerable groups; 2) Creating an interconnected network of public and green spaces (Green & Blue Infrastructure) utilizing Universal Design to promote equitable access; and 3) Regenerating local commercial zones to support entrepreneurship and income distribution within the original community. The outcome of this project does not merely aim to improve the quality of life for the underprivileged but seeks to foster Urban Resilience allowing the city to grow sustainably while embracing human diversity.
